At Tobin Jewelers, we want to provide a warranty to you and your family that is not full of surprises and fine print. Our family stands by the quality craftsmanship of all our fine jewelry. We will be here to service your jewelry for a lifetime, the same way that your parents and grandparents were treated when they came to Tobin Jewelers over the last 60 years. If you have a problem with any of your fine jewelry purchased at Tobin, bring it in to either of our Mequon or New Berlin locations and our jewelers will be happy to make any necessary repairs to restore you favorite piece so that it looks brand new. An added service from Tobin Jewelers – We provide you with a written insurance appraisal to make sure you are insured for unfortunate jewelry theft or loss. There is no charge for this written appraisal and we will update your appraisal in the future also at no charge. *Warranty itself does not cover loss, however, you do not have to have your jewelry inspected every six months in order for warranty to be effective.
